Booking & Orders

All orders are custom-made. Please ensure all design details are correct before confirming your purchase, as changes may not be accepted once production has started.

All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and customized nature of each item, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Each case is made with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Care Responsibility

Once your case has been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for it. These cases are decorative and should be handled gently.

Icey Dolls is not responsible for:

- Charms falling off due to dropping, pressure, or improper handling‍ ‍

- Damage from heat, water, or daily wear and tear

- Any breakage after the item has been received
