Keep frozen at all times. Please treat your candied fruit like a frozen dessert/icecream. If not eating immediately try to refrain from keeping in car to melt. After pickup or delivery, Da Candy Lab is NOT responsible. Avoid direct heat or sunlight to product.

No, it is not sugar free and I do not at the moment have a gluten free recipe.

What is the outer shell of the fruit?

Outer shell is hard candy. Enjoy thawed out.

Why is my fruit leaking?

Leaking is normal as fruit is juicy. Fruit with skins last longer (grapes, kiwi, etc.) Fruit comes cold/frozen, expect a form of melting. Cracking is normal as fruit expands.

How long does my fruit last in the freezer?

Candied fruit is recommended to consume the day of purchase. Pineapples, Kiwi’s, Strawberries are to be consumed within hours of receiving order. Grapes last longer.
